A Giveaway & Some Tail with Sultry Summers

Fighting an evil sorcerer, Garnith, a changeling dragon/knight wins his battle. But before he flames his foe, the wizard curses him to fly though time as a dragon in a time tunnel lined with ruin stones. He emerges far into the future and not in his home in the highlands of Scotland but in the modern highlands of North Carolina.

Exhausted, amazed, and thirsty he swoops down to drink from a large, dammed mountain lake. He recognizes the dam, but not the electrical lines across the water, and taps one. The resulting shock begins the transformation from dragon back into a handsome Scottish lord he is and forces him to land. He passes out from the shock.

Danielle has chosen today to challenge the road between North Carolina and Tennessee known as the tail of the dragon. But the weather suddenly changed into a strange and violent thunderstorm forcing her to pull over on one of the pull-offs overlooking the dam. Danielle sees everything, from the Garnith’s emergence from the thunderstorm, to him striking the electrical line, and to her sheer terror when he crashes before her on the overlook she’s on. Danielle watches as it changes into a handsome, muscular, unconscious, but naked man. Afraid but curious, she dismounts her 848cc Ducati and approaches.

Will she stay or go? Therein begins the love story and the adventure. A story of reincarnation and the continuing fight against the evil sorcerer who started it a thousand years before.

Inspired by the road in North Carolina and Tennessee known as Tail of the Dragon where motorcyclists love to ride three hundred and eleven twists and turns in an eleven mile stretch through the beautiful mountain scenery in the Appalachians. You can enjoy the ride and the romance by reading Tail of the Dragon.
